@pcambra France has the same problem with a star-shaped high-speed rail network. Still better than the UK's!!

@joachim all high speed long distance trains here go through Madrid and not all go to the same station, so unless you're close to Madrid, Zaragoza or Valencia, train to Barcelona is likely to be 7-8h and will likely include crossing Madrid in Metro to change stations.
People going by train to Barcelona definitely deserve a prize.

@pcambra I got a timetable update from SNCF, there's now only 12 minutes for the connection from the sleeper train! 😱
